ABOUT
About Me.
Hello, I’m Luis from Berlin, and I love bringing color into the world with my art. During my architecture studies, I discovered my fascination with translucent materials and the idea of modern stained glass windows that cast colorful light into homes.
One of the most fascinating qualities of translucent art is its ability to refract and reflect light in unique ways. Natural and artificial light sources interact with the plexiglass surface, creating ever-changing color facets. The interplay of transparency and opacity adds depth and complexity to the work, allowing it to evolve before the viewer's eyes.

My latest lightboxes represent the next step in their evolution: they not only serve as artwork but also as a light source for the room. Their appearance subtly changes depending on the dimming of the light.
