For each artwork, I use 5 mm thick acrylic glass. It is as transparent and light-transmissive as glass, but twice as light and 30 times more impact-resistant. Acrylic glass is not only shatterproof but also UV-resistant, ensuring long-lasting vibrant colors! Each picture is also individually milled, resulting in elegant, rounded edges.
The glossy surface creates an ever-changing image that develops a different sheen at every time of day.
For the lightboxes, I use high-quality brushed aluminum, allowing for a frame width of just one millimeter. The frames are covered with a thick fabric that ensures even light diffusion, resulting in a smooth, uniform illumination. The light is dimmable via an app, and depending on the light intensity and ambient brightness, subtle nuances in the image shift accordingly.
